Research assignment 1

So recently I decide to do some research on hate crimes of Latinos and I found an article on SIRS.com.  The article said that two Latino boys were beaten almost to death.  I read deeper to find why they did this and it said that there was no clear reason, it was actually a hate crime.  Hate Crimes are crimes that people commit based on nationality,race, religion, a gender.  They seem to be mostly about race.  But why do people create such violent crimes????? Its really impossible to know, but something I know is that hate crimes are a really bad thing its like racism but it can deal with so many more other reasons.  

Hate crimes happen all over people usually do them against race and homosexuality, these two are the most common of all hate crimes.  Hate crimes are like racism, because the both hate or dis-like a specific race or people.  Homosexuality and hate crimes target homosexuality by just attacking gays and discriminating for who they are.  

Did you that on some cites it says that hate crimes can be necessary to people.  Thats just wrong NECESSARY why necessary.  Well it seems that hate crimes are necessary because they discourage racism and prejudice.  This would build or lower hate crimes, it seems they mean lower them.  The reason why hate crimes are unnecessary is because they can kill and the crimes higher the crime rate and bring up more hate crimes.  why do people do hate crimeshttp://sks.sirs.com/cgi-bin/hst-clean-copy?id=S44-4241-0-1576&type=ART&artno=0000287444&key=Hate%20crimes&shfilter=U
